If the product you have ordered doesn't match the product you recieve I will always do my best to refund or exchange straight away. Please note that returns and exchanges are only available when items are not as expected, are lost in transit or arrive damaged - this is because every item is made custom to order so cannot be resold once returned. If you are unsure about anything you would like to order always contact me beforehand and we can work to make sure you recieve exactly what you have in mind!
It is completely possible to wash all tummy pads, valve covers and port covers. These should not fade or damage over time when washed correctly (hand wash, cool water, do not tumble dry, lay flat after washing until completely dry. If you do machine wash place in a protective laundry pouch to prevent accidental damage)
tubie clips can also be washed however it is not recommended as the material used for clips is different and this means that over time they can crack, fade or wear down when washed, however the function of the clip itself will remain the same and will still be functional.
I always try to help where I can! Many 'off cuts' or mis printed items are donated directly to hospitals or people who struggle to afford to purchase tape as opposed to selling them for a reduced amount. if you think this would help you please don't hesitate to contact me and i will add what i can to help
Absolutely! If you have a specific size required for port covers/tubie clips/tummy pads please let me know and i can ensure that what i make is exactly the size you need! I often do adaptive sizes for people with central lines or younger children
Unfortunately you cannot re use tubie tape once it has been removed, however the tape itself is very durable and water resistant as well as being breathable, when applied correctly tubie tape should still hold very well for long periods of time however this will always depend on where the tape is being placed and can vary from person to person. There is no set time on how long tubie tape will last.
